Kama Lei is of Hawaiian origin and it means Beloved Child. Kama Lei was inspired by my precious daughter and her passion for fashion.  We are a small family owned business that started in 2018 in a small town in Moca, Puerto Rico. Our commitment is to sell the most fashion and unique products available for your child.
